Mr & Mrs Andrews - Finally.

Paul and Kim tied the knot at the beautiful Brooksby Hall, surrounded by their loved ones. However, their journey to this idyllic moment wasn't exactly smooth sailing. Kim, who happens to be one of my closest friends of almost three decades, had shared the news of her upcoming nuptials, and we eagerly began planning the big day. I was excited to be both bridesmaid and photographer, and everything was falling into place nicely. Our hen party was a blast, but then I received a call that changed everything.

"Katy, what's the worst thing that could happen to someone getting married?" Kim asked me.

"Your wedding getting cancelled," I replied, not expecting what was to come next.

"Yup, and it's happened," she said.

To make a long story short, the original venue cancelled the wedding just over four weeks before the big day. The venue had been acquired by the home office, and as a result, it was closed to the general public, including Kim and Paul's wedding. This left just four days to find a new location and give notice to the registrar. Despite the odds, they managed to pull it off, and the day turned out to be absolutely perfect.
