Saturday 15th April was my first wedding since having my little baby Arthur and yes I was nervous, but also very excited to capture Lucy and Mike's very special day. Lucy booked me to be their wedding photographer about 18 months ago and it's hard to believe how fast that time went by. All of a sudden it was the week before and me and Lucy were having out final consultation about the day.
The wedding took place in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire in a beautiful venue called All Saints Church. A stunning Church tucked away inside a beautiful woodland forest. My assistant and I arrived at the Brides home at 10:30am, it was a cold but sunny day and we were ready to start capturing. Lucy had already had her hair done, so I got straight to work capturing the make up artist at work. I absolutely love photographing the bridal preparations. I Love the reactions of the Bridesmaids as the Bride gets ready, I also love capturing the little details that make the bridal party so stunning.
The day was perfect!
