About Me

​

Welcome to my little corner of the internet! I'm a full time professional photographer based in the picturesque county of Shropshire, England. My goal -  to capture your memories and make you feel comfortable in front of the camera. 

My journey as a photographer began with just an interest in capturing images - particularly flowers. I got my first camera at 21  (it was a film not digital - I am that old!) I was traveling around the world after uni. I would love to travel more now especially not being restricted by 24 and 36 films to process - I had soooo many! 

I decided to turn my hobby into a career when my daughter Phoebe was born. I posted many images on my social media and people asked me to capture their families. I did my first wedding in 2005

Over the years, I have captured 100s of people, too  many weddings to count, been featured in Vogue Italia, become a ‘Rock My Wedding’ recommended supplier and then in 2023 I was a finalist at The Wedding Industry Awards.

Before I went full time as a photographer in 2023, I was an eCommerce manager for 15 years. I managed, developed and created websites for the gift industry. I love talking about small businesses and  I am passionate about branding photography. This is a side of my business I hope to grow.

Beyond being a photographer, I am a mum and wife. I have two children, Phoebe and Arthur, two doggys Bella and Pumpkin (golden retrievers) and a husband of 18 years this year (2024). My life is pretty hectic but I wouldn’t change it! Well maybe more sunshine and holidays!
